Gail Wilkins
My name is Gail Wilkins. I am a born again Christian, since age 28 and now will soon be 58. I have always been "different" from others from even an early age.... I remembered asking the Sunday School Teacher at age 12 if the grass or flowers hurt when we stepped on them. Mom said my first words were "where is Jesus". I was one of those That was always on the outside looking in....wanting to fit in but knowing I did not.
I was raised Methodist in my dad's traditional family church, then went to Baptist at age 14. Then when I was 24 went to the Pentecostal Church...then to the nondenominational churches and at age 50 when I became disabled I stopped attending church in buildings with a pastor. I was not being fed.
With the help of the Holy Spirit I went on to college and graduated and then on to Montreat Christian College for my degree. I now am an ordained minister and build websites for Christians or help them in any way I can. I started Cambridge Dove Ministries in 2000. I did not know where to start and asked the Lord for help and He talked me through it. By the first evening I had the first page. Isn't God Good. I helped start Fishers of Men Ministries and now am co-owner of The Cornerstone Connection. My only goal in this life is to bring souls to Christ Jesus and spread the gospel to all I can.
I do not like secular TV, news--except World News, and do not participate in any thing secular. Jesus is my husband and we have a Beautiful relationship!!! My health prevents a lot of getting things done on time, but I just pray my way through it. I have three children--all girls that need prayer--and four beautiful grandchildren. I am truly blessed.
My ministry statement is simple....spread the gospel around the world...the TRUTH...the WORD....offer the word of salvation to others and be there for them if they need counseling. I need to let them know the end is coming soon and help them prepare for it. In the mean time I am busy trying to get them to turn back to Christ...Our Savior, the One that died for us and shed His blood for us. He is all we have.
Amen!
